Nature of our services

We are a distributor of mutual fund schemes. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, and any guidance we provide is incidental to the distribution of mutual fund schemes. We do not provide tax or legal advice; please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or legal professional for these matters.

How we are paid

We receive commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments made through us in the Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. Commission rates differ across schemes and AMCs, and details are available on request. Regular Plans carry a higher expense ratio than Direct Plans of the same scheme, because the expense ratio of a Regular Plan includes the distributor's commission. The commission paid to us is also shown in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS).

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The value of investments can go up or down. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future and is not a guarantee of future returns. Please read the Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information and Key Information Memorandum before investing.

The calculators on this website use assumed rates of return and inflation for illustration only. They are not a recommendation of any scheme and do not promise any return.

NRI investors

Mutual fund investments by NRIs are subject to the rules of FEMA, the Income Tax Act, SEBI and each AMC, and to the laws of the country where the investor lives. Some AMCs restrict investments from residents of certain countries. Our UAE contact number is provided for the convenience of Indian NRIs; we distribute only Indian mutual fund schemes.
